Purpose of the Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of Lalbenque Chess Club and its customers. They apply to occasional sales of:

• Services (e.g., tournament registrations)

Non-Profit Nature: These sales are conducted exceptionally, once or twice a year, solely to promote the association's chess activities.

Orders and Payment

Pricing

• Prices are listed in euros (€).

Delivery

• A 14-day period from receipt of products to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification or penalty.
